The repair branch of Prismatic Technology was founded because there was a clear lack of choice about where to get devices professionally repaired. Either pay extortionate rates from the manufacturers or ‘try your luck’ with a local repair shop where the staff is not always well trained, the parts may not be of a good standard and usually, there is little or no warranty.
