Price Guarantee conditions

Please review the conditions below before requesting a price match.

1. The lower price must include shipping costs and sales tax and the product must be in stock and available for immediate shipment.
2. Price guarantee applies only to new items and does not apply to discontinued items or open box items.
3. Price matching applies to competitor’s current prices, not previous prices.
4. Proof of lower price on the item including options is required prior to price matching.
5. Price matching must be done prior to the item being purchased from Prismatic Technology.
6. Some manufacturer brands may be excluded, as required by the manufacturer.
7. Guarantee only applies to products purchased for direct use, not resale or commercial purposes.
8. We do not price match Amazon, eBay or vendors where the source or storage conditions are questionable.
9. Prismatic Technology reserves the right to change or cancel the Best Price Guarantee program at any time.
